Tomorrow, Friday, 24.5.2013. In the morning rain, in the Alps and highlands of Germany snow. Especially in the far N of Germany the rain can also be intense and cause local flooding. The minimum temperatures of the night will be around 5C, in W Germany locally down to -7C, at the coasts of the Baltic up to 11C. It will be only be dry in E and W Germany. Later the rain will decrease and concentrate its self in Bavaria, where light rain will continue to fall. In Baden-wuertemberg also snow showers are still possible in the highlands and mountains. Except for a front through the middle of Germany it will then stay dry. Local fog is expected especially before and after precipitation. The rain will continue to weaken but will stay in S Germany as well as it might as well still drizzle in far N Germany. In SW Germany only few snow showers are expected in the highlands. In the rest of Germany it will be mainly cloudy to overcast. In the afternoon rain showers will take over from SW, affection S and W Germany in the afternoon at 5pm. In the rest of Germany it will be mainly dry, but overcast. In the evening rain showers and rain are expected to occur in most of Germany, leaving out only the far NW and some local areas. Maximum temperature of up to 18C are expected in E Germany, 7 in S Germany and around 14 in the rest of Germany.

Saturday, 25.5.2013. Rain in N, central and SE Germany. In SE Germany the rain will be severe and might cause flooding. In the rest of Germany mainly dry and very cloudy. Night minima around 7C, in SW Germany down to -5C and at the coasts around 11. The rain will continue, but spread towards W as well. IN Bavaria flooding will be possible since heavy rain will stay there several hours. Until the late afternoon nothing will change in this situation. Then the rain will be replaced by partly severe rain showers. Thunderstorms are also expected locally in Sachsen and Bavaria. Most of them will dissipate until the evening. In S Germany the rain showers will be replaced by rain again then. Maxima around 15, in E Germany 18 and S Germany 7C.

Sunday, 26.5.2013. In the morning rain will fall in all of Germany except central and SW Germany. In Bavaria flooding is possible since severe rainfall is expected there. The rain will continue spreading. Severe rain in Bavaria will intensify the situation there further. In the afternoon the consistent rain will be replaced by rain showers, in central N and far E Germany also thunderstorms. The thunderstorms will spread and also reach Berlin in the evening. Maxima around 16, in E Germany 18 and S Germany 11C.
