Trockenheit: Die Trockenheit in Deutschland hält weiter an. Es werden immer mehr Waldbrände gemeldet, regional verdorrt auch schon die Vegetation. Sogar Bäume werden welk oder beginnen mit dem Abwurf der Blätter. Die Trockenheit macht sich auch an den Flüssen bemerkbar – auch große Flüsse wie Elbe und Rhein führen so wenig wasser, das die Schiffahrt teilweise eingeschränkt wurde. Das Problem: heftige Gewittergüsse, wie sie zu erwarten sind, werden von dem steinharten, trockenen Boden nicht aufgenommen sondern fließen einfach ab – und tragen damit nur minimal zur Milderung des Wassermangels bei. Dieser könnte am besten durch einen anhaltenden Landregen gelöst werden. In Potsdam hat es, mit Ausnahme des Januars und März, jeden Monat deutlich weniger Niederschlag als im Durchschnitt gegeben.


Freitag, 12.06. – Die Wolken die in der Früh den Himmel bedecken und teils auch Regenschauer bringen werden schon bald abziehen und Platz machen für sonnigeres Wetter. Dann können die Temperaturen auch von 13 auf sommerliche 28°C ansteigen. Der Wind wird meist leicht sein und aus Osten kommen, relevante Böen sind nicht zu erwarten. In der Früh können in den Schauern auch vereinzelte GEWITTER eingelagert sein. Bei möglichen GEWITTERN sind HAGEL und STURMBÖEN die Hauptgefahren. Man sollte sich aber auch immer im Kopf behalten, dass auch in Deutschland Tornados auftreten können.

Samstag, 13.06. – Am Samstag werden die Wolken vor allem am Nachmittag schnell mehr werden, gefolgt von plötzlich eintretenden SINTFLUTARTIGEN STARKREGENSCHAUERN und auch GEWITTERN. Bei GEWITTERN besteht hohe UNWETTERGEFAHR! Davor wird es aber trotzdem mit 15 bis 33°C noch richtig heiß (so dass viel Energie für UNWETTER in der Atmosphäre enhalten ist). Der Wind wird leicht bis mäßig sein und im Laufe der Zeit im Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Sonntag, 14.06. – Am Sonntag wird es wechselnd bewölkt sein, teils können auch noch Wolkenfelder mit Nieselregen durchziehen. Mit nur mehr 13 bis 23°C wird es ganze 10°C kälter sein als noch am Samstag, aber trotzdem angenehm bleiben. Der Wind wird mäßig sein und aus Westen auf Nordnordwesten drehen.

Dryness: The dryness in Germany further continues. More and more forest fires are being reported, regionally the vegetation is starting to wither. Even trees are starting to look tired, some even start to drop their leaves. The dryness is also noticeable when you look at the rivers – also big rivers such as Elbe and Rhine have so little water, that there are partial restrictions to shipping them. The problem: the showers from thunderstorms, that are to be expected, are not taken up by the ground that is bone dry and as hard as stone, and simply run off – so they only have a minimal impact on decreasing the drought. Friday, 12.06. – The clouds that still cover the sky in the morning and partly also bring rain showers will soon move away and make place for sunny weather.
